The next few years are going to be very exciting for comic book movie fans, with a whole host of Marvel and DC movies coming our way. While we already know what to expect from Marvel, who have given us some very impressive movies over the past few years, we are still waiting to see exactly what we can expect from the DC Extended Universe.
What we do know, is that we are going to see actress Gal Gadot playing the role of Diana Prince aka Wonder Woman in the DC movies. While we will get to see the fan favourite character appearing in the movie Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, as well as both of the Justice League films, we are also going to get a Wonder Woman solo film, which has been coming together nicely.
We have heard plenty of casting rumours about the Wonder Woman movie, with British star Sean Bean being heavily tipped for a role in the project. Sean might not be the huge Hollywood leading man but he has appeared in plenty of big projects over the course of his career. What Bean has become best known for though, is the fact that he pretty much dies in everything he appears in.
It is no surprise then, that the comic book movie fans are already predicting that we are going to see Sean Bean die in the Wonder Woman movie. If his character does manage to make it through the whole film, we are sure that he will pop up in a sequel, where he will surely be killed off. We guess we will just have to wait and see.
The Wonder Woman movie is aiming for a June 23, 2017 release date.
