Halloween is here yet again but for many of us, the joy of going out and doing the odd bit of trick or treating has well and truly gone. However, not all of us want to stay in and have to keep going to and from the door, so what better way to spend the evening that heading to the cinema.

Frankenweenie
For those of you that want to be experience a jumpy movie that is also going to play on your mind when you are in bed tonight, Paranormal Activity 4 is the way to go. The hand held camera movie series is still going strong and Paranormal Activity 4 is bound to get you nerves on edge.
If you are looking for a bit more of a light hearted movie and are a fan of the Christmas classic The Nightmare Before Christmas then Frankenweenie is probably the best film for you. This Tim Burton movie centres around a dog that has been brought back from the dead. While it is not exactly scary, it does have a Halloween vibe to it.

Paranormal Activity 4
Finally, we highly recommend the movie Silent Hill: Revelation 3D, which is much better than its 2006 predecessor. Sean Bean returns for Silent Hill: Revelation 3D and this time it is his daughter who has to go in search of him, when he goes missing and all signs lead to Silent Hill. This film is perfect for those of you that want a good scare but do not want to still be scared when you get home.
There you have it. If you are looking for something different to do this Halloween, why not check out one of these movies.
