Hollywood superstar Leonardo DiCaprio is one of the biggest actors in the movie making industry at the moment and has been one of the top actors around for many years now. Leo has been acting from a very young age and has put in some fantastic performances in some very impressive movies along the way, earning him five Oscar nominations in his career to date.

While Leonardo DiCaprio has yet to actually win an Oscar, he is still regarded as one of the best actors around, which has led to him creating his very own production company. Leonardo owns the production company Appian Way Productions, which has films such as Orphan and Gardener of Eden among its many films to date, with plenty more lined up for the future.
So, we have seen Leonardo DiCaprio showing off his acting talents on the big screen, while being credited as a producer with his production company Appian Way Productions, but we have yet to see him take on directing duties. There have been a lot of Hollywood stars making their directing debut lately, with Joseph Gordon-Levitt giving us Don Jon, while Ryan Gosling is directing How to Catch a Monster, plus many other stars getting involved in directing.
Will we ever see Leonardo DiCaprio direct?
It will be interesting to see whether Leonardo DiCaprio does decide to try his hand at the directing side of things and if he ever does, it will be interesting to see what he brings to the directing game. You never know, maybe Leonardo DiCaprio could finally win that elusive Oscar as a director. For now though, we will just have to wait and see.
