There are millions of models in the world today and it is fair to assume that any of them would love to work with lingerie giants Victoria's Secret. The beautiful Martha Hunt has been lucky enough to do so, as she enjoyed her rise to the top of the modelling industry, and now Martha has been talking about her top diet and fitness tips, with sleep playing a huge part in things.
Hunt was chatting to website The New Potato, when she explained, "I work out about three times a week, mostly strength conditioning with a trainer. When I travel, I try to get outside for a hike or a dip in the ocean. I don't compromise extra sleep for a workout; sleep always wins. I love having a full night's rest, it keeps me energised throughout the day. I also practice Transcendental Meditation, it helps me remain calm when life gets crazy."
She added, "I just make sure I get protein in every meal and I try to eat cleaner than usual. I'll have Greek yogurt or eggs for breakfast, sushi for lunch, and salmon/chicken/or meat with vegetables and healthy carbs for dinner. I eat more than usual, because the workouts burn so many calories. Most of my snacks involve peanut butter or almond butter. I'm bad about eating my biggest meal at night; I know that's not the healthiest thing to do."
We have loved seeing the rise of Martha Hunt over the years and we have enjoyed what she has done in her modelling career along the way, so we cannot wait to see what she has to offer us in the future.
