Tom Cruise may well be 50 years old but that has not stopped the Hollywood star from continuing to make action movies. Tom is well known for performing his own stunts in his movies and he has admitted that he will continue to make action films, such as Mission: Impossible, for as long as he possibly can.
Cruise explained, “I started Mission Impossible hoping I could make many of them. It's a character that I can grow with. At that time it was the most expensive film in the history of Paramount Pictures, and the first film I was producing. It's been pretty exciting. Seeing an audience respond… to have that experience is really wonderful.”
He added, “I'll make a bunch of those. I'll make as many as people want to see...because they're very challenging, and so much fun to make. We're already working on different images. I love travelling around promoting movies because I'm always looking at different places, coming up with different sequences.”
Tom Cruise can next be seen on the big screen, starring alongside Rosamund Pike, Alexander Rhodes and Jai Courtney, in the Christopher McQuarrie movie Jack Reacher, which is set to be released in the US on December 21 and in the UK on December 26.
