The life and career of Sunny Leone has certainly been a very interesting one to date and, while she has had her doubters and her critics along the way, she has worked hard to get herself to where she is today. Not only is Sunny a talented actress but she is also a very beautiful women, and the stunning star has been sharing what it is that she does to keep herself looking so good.
During a recent interview, Leone revealed, "I try and do 30-45 min of cardio everyday and if time permits I mix it up with yoga or weight training. Lately I love hot yoga- since I can’t go to hot yoga in India I wear a sweat suit to try and create that same feeling. I try and mix it up always. In this trip back to India, I’m really into spinning and yoga together. But I always mix it up."
As well as talking about what she likes to do when it comes to exercise and keeping herself fit, Sunny Leone was also kind enough to give some of her top tips when it comes to her diet and what she likes to eat, in order to help her body looking in such fantastic shape. Sunny says that she has her very own cook, who always makes sure that she is eating right.
Leone added, "I have a cook in India who makes amazing healthy meals for me. He comes in the morning and makes me food for the day. I give him recipes that I find interesting and healthy and he makes it. Since I have found a cook here in Mumbai, it’s made dieting a lot easier. When I’m traveling, I try really hard to eat as good as possible."
Well we are not privileged enough to have our very own cook but we will definitely keep trying to get ourselves looking our best, ready for Summer.
