It is nothing new for Ronda Rousey to have a dig at other people, as she has done on numerous occasions in the past and she has previously had a few things to say about pound for pound boxing king Floyd Mayweather. There was even once talk about the two stars getting in the ring together and going head to head, although nothing ever came of it.
It seems that the biggest problem Ronda Rousey has with Floyd Mayweather, is the fact that the boxing king was charged back in 2002 for two counts of domestic violence and one of misdemeanor battery, serving some prison time in 2012 for the charges. Now it looks like Ronda has decided to take aim at Floyd again, by having a new little dig at the champ.
Ronda Rousey was at the recent Espy Sports Awards, in Los Angeles earlier this week, where she won the Best Fighter award, betting Floyd Mayweather to the prize. Following her win, Ronda said of Mayweather, "I wonder how Floyd feels being beat by a woman for once." It will certainly be interesting to know what Floyd Mayweather thinks of the comments.
When it comes to the boxing career of Floyd Mayweather, he is currently standing at 48 fights and 48 wins, claiming that his fight in September, against an unnamed opponent, will be the last of his career, although many believe that he will at least go on for one more to make the 50 mark. Either way, Floyd will go down as one of the greatest boxers of all time.
