There are so many big blockbuster movies heading our way every year now, that many of us can be forgiven for completely forgetting about some of the smaller movies that are coming our way, some of which are actually quite interesting indeed. So rather than constantly focusing on those huge movies that are being made and released, we are going to take a look at a smaller film which we are very much looking forward to seeing.
As you can obviously tell from the title of this piece, we are talking about the new horror thriller It Comes at Night, which has just released its brand new trailer for the upcoming project. What makes us most excited about this movie, is not only the fact that it boasts an exciting cast, featuring such talents as Joel Edgerton and Riley Keough, but it also has a rather interesting and exciting story to it.
The synopsis for It Comes at Night has been described by one person as, "Secure within a desolate home as an unnatural threat terrorizes the world, a man has established a tenuous domestic order with his wife and son, but this will soon be put to test when a desperate young family arrives seeking refuge."
While we have to admit that Riley Keough and Joel Edgerton are the two names that have us most excited about the project, they will share the big screen with other stars including Carmen Ejogo, Christopher Abbott, and Kelvin Harrison Jr., among others. Meanwhile, Trey Edward Shults has both written and directed It Comes at Night, with the movie opening on June 9.
