After the latest shocking attempt to bring a video game to the big screen, with the very poor Assassin's Creed, it feels like it is fair to say that there is never going to be a video game franchise that is going to become a huge Hollywood success. However, the fans of the Resident Evil movie franchise may beg to differ, as it is the only real success story to come from a video game adaptation, making a huge amount of money at the box office.

Hollywood superstar Milla Jovovich has become best known for playing the role of Alice in the Resident Evil movies, after starring in the films since the release of the first one way back in 2002. Milla can now be seen reprising the role of Alice for one last time, in the last instalment Resident Evil: The Final Chapter, but it is the performance of another young star who has actually got a lot of people talking.
Resident Evil: The Final Chapter really did become a family event, with Milla Jovovich starring in the film, while her husband Paul Anderson directed the movie, and some of you may have noticed that their daughter Ever Anderson also appeared in the movie. Ever not only took on the part of a Young Alice, but she also played the role of the Red Queen, impressing pretty much everyone with her fantastic performance.

Resident Evil: The Final Chapter is the big screen debut for Ever Anderson but, following her impressive performance in the movie, we have no doubt that this is just the beginning of a very long and successful career, with the nine year old star destined to follow her mother into Hollywood superstardom.
