There is so much excitement and anticipation for the new Star Wars movie, with fans hopeful that the new Star Wars trilogy will bring the franchise back to its best, following the awfulness of the Star Wars prequel films. However, it is not just the new Star Wars trilogy that has the fans excited, as there are also a number of new Star Wars spinoff films coming our way too.
There was once a time when Josh Trank was set to direct a Star Wars spinoff, with many believing it to be a Boba Fett film, before his behaviour on the set of Fantastic Four saw him dropped by LucasFilm. The Boba Fett movie is still in the works though, which means we are going to get plenty of rumours about the film between now and its big release.
Well, the latest rumour to surround the Boba Fett spinoff movie, claims that Fantastic Four actor Michael B. Jordan is in line to play the lead role in the film. While it is fair to say that Michael is a talented actor, there has already been a lot of negativity surrounding the possibility of him landing the role, with most Star Wars fans calling for a Maouri actor to be cast, in order to keep the character authentic.
As of yet though, this is just a rumour and, with the Boba Fett film being pushed back, it could still be quite some time yet before we discover who does actually land the role. We suggest you take this one with a pinch of salt.
