While Emily Ratajkowski has been working in the modelling industry for quite a few years now, it is fair to say that she became a household name around the world, thanks to her nude appearance in the music video for Blurred Lines. Since then, Emily has not only seen her modelling career reach new heights but she has also seen her acting career beginning to take off too.
However, while Emily Ratajkowski should be grateful to the success of Blurred Lines and being a part of the music video, it seems that the model and actress actually regrets having any involvement in the project. Emily says that she has to leave the room when she hears the song playing, although she does still get it confused with the Marvin Gaye track Give It Up.
Ratajkowski explained to GQ magazine, "I have to say, from someone who really knows the beginning of 'Blurred Lines' when it comes on, half the time it's the Marvin Gaye song, but I've already tried to leave the place or hide, and then it's like, 'Oh it's the Marvin Gaye one, what the f**k was I stressing about?' They're that similar."
She added, "I think I've done enough nudity now that I don't really need to do 'Blurred Lines' again. Like, if someone asked me to do it now, I'd probably say no. It was so bad. I was like, there is absolutely no way they could pay me enough money. ''I didn't give a s**t. Because it's me, and it's me, so I don't care who's attached to it."
When it comes to her acting career, as well as having a role in the impressive Gone Girl, as well as a brief appearance in the Entourage film, Emily Ratajkowski has her biggest role to date in the upcoming movie We Are Your Friends, which co-stars Zac Efron and is set to hit the big screen on August 28.
