It seems that there are a number of actors and actresses in Hollywood these days who are not content with just being one of the best at what they do, instead deciding to spread their wings and try their hand at other areas of the acting industry. We have seen a lot of these stars deciding to have a go at directing and, while some have really shown a talent for it, others have not managed to impress with their directing skills.
Actress Elizabeth Banks has been in the entertainment industry for many years now and, while she is best known for her work in front of the camera, she has also been seen showing off her skills behind it. Elizabeth has already directed a few projects, most notably the impressive Pitch Perfect 2, and it looks like she has plenty more directing work lined up for the coming years.
It was recently announced that Elizabeth Banks will direct the new TV movie The Greater Good, while it has also been suggested that she will direct other new projects including Red Queen, and another TV movie Front Man. As well as that, there has been talk of a new Charlie's Angels movie being made, with Elizabeth being tipped to direct the much discussed film.
While we are more than happy to see Elizabeth Banks directing new projects, we much prefer actually seeing her on our screens and, fortunately enough, Elizabeth does also have plenty of acting work planned. There is no denying that Banks is one of the best in the business and we look forward to all of her new projects coming our way.
