It has been 10 years since the hit television series Lost first came to our television screens and it has been four years since the final episode of the series aired and, while some of the stars have gone on to enjoy huge success, there are others who have not been so successful. One of the biggest names to be cast in Lost was Dominic Monaghan, who was riding high on the success of The Lord of the Rings trilogy.
Dominic Monaghan was cast in Lost in the role of Charlie Pace, a struggling musician and heroin addict, and while the character did not make it all the way through the series, being killed off in season three and making cameo appearances in later episodes, he did become a big hit with the fans of the show. So what has Dominic been doing since his Lost days?
In the years since being killed off in Lost, we have seen Dominic Monaghan appearing in a number of movies, including his role as Chris Bradley aka Bolt in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, while he also appeared alongside Megan Fox in the music video for the Eminem and Rihanna song Love the Way You Lie. Unfortunately though, Dominic has failed to live up to the heights of The Lord of the Rings and Lost, although he has still been very active.
Dominic Monaghan has a number of projects lined up for the coming years, with a role in the big screen adaptation of the novel Molly Moon: The Incredible Hypnotist, which will see him star alongside Emily Watson and Joan Collins. We hope to see Dominic Monaghan back to his best, leading to bigger and better roles coming his way in the future.
