Diane Kruger has been busy promoting her latest film 'The Host', despite negative reviews and mediocre audience reactions. In her latest interview, with the British magazine Look, Kruger opens up about her long distance relationship with boyfriend Joshua Jackson, as well as her wish of becoming a mother.
When asked about motherhood and whether she wants to have children, Kruger reveals, "Yes, of course. But it was difficult to make plans while Josh has been filming in Vancouver and I’ve been working in Europe a lot. I keep dreaming about a baby, but I don’t feel any pressure. I never thought about having children in the past, then Josh and I started thinking about a family six months after we became involved.”
Kruger also opens up about her relationship with Jackson, saying, "We’ve had our ups and downs like every couple, but now I want to work hard to make sure we stay together. I think timing is one of the key things when it comes to love and relationships. You have to meet at the right moment and have the same feelings for the other person as they have for you. When I was married before and things came to an end, I didn’t feel like fighting for it and it was very painful.”
Kruger is likely talking about her relationship with Guillaume Canet, who is now with Marion Cotillard. Regardless, Kruger and Jackson seem very happy together, and it seems as though they are one of the rare Hollywood couples that will stay together in the future.
