Hollywood actress Danielle Fishel has certainly had a rather different life to most of us, which is not surprising considering she became a star at such a young age. Despite that, Danielle has always been determined to graduate from college and, at the age of 27, she took the plunge and got back into education, which she says was a very difficult thing to do.
Fishel told Fox411, "It was scary, truthfully it was terrifying, and one of the reasons I was 27 when I went back versus 23 or 24 or 25 because it took me that long to actually get the courage to say, 'I’m going to do it,' and it certainly wasn’t getting any easier as the years went on. The older I got the harder it seemed and the further the goal seemed away from me but once I really committed to it I graduated in four years."
She added, "The first couple of weeks of every semester were always a little nerve-wracking but I think everybody feels that way. I just kept reminding myself that I’m not the only person who gets nervous. Once I realized I was in the exact same boat as everyone else I ended up having a great experience."
As far as her acting career is concerned, Danielle Fishel is continuing to showcase her talents on both the big screen and the small screen, as she continues in her familiar role of Topanga Matthews in Girl Meets World, which airs on the Disney Channel, while she will also appear in the movie Boiling Point, which is still awaiting an official release date.
