Over the course of many years now, we have seen some big name Bollywood superstars heading over to the US in a bid to crack Hollywood but there have only been a small amount of them who have actually managed to enjoy success in the business. That has not stopped the Bollywood stars from continuing to head to Hollywood and it looks like another star might just be about to make it big in the US.
British born Bollywood beauty Amy Jackson has been making a huge impact over the past few years and she is eager to make it big in Hollywood, following her Bollywood success. It has now been confirmed that we are going to see Amy appearing in the role of Saturn Girl in the upcoming new season of Supergirl, which could just be the first step towards becoming a Hollywood superstar.
The official Supergirl Twitter page tweeted, ".@iamAmyJackson joins Supergirl as Saturn Girl! The new season returns October 9 on The CW," before Amy Jackson took to her own Twitter page to retweet the post, adding, "FINALLY! So now you know what I've been getting up to in Canada over the past couple of weeks 😛 #SuperGirl new recruit #SaturnGirl."
As well as confirming Amy Jackson in the role of Saturn Girl in Supergirl season 3, The CW also gave a character description of the role, which reads, "Saturn Girl, aka Imra Ardeen, is a kind, smart, and strong-willed hero who uses her telekinetic ability to help those in need. She was born on Titan, one of Saturn’s moons, and arrives on Earth to help Supergirl battle one of her biggest threats."
We cannot wait to see just how well Amy Jackson will do as Saturn Girl and how the Supergirl fans will take to her.
